Usually an interviewer will ask you if you have any questions for them. Make a short list of questions you would like to ask. In most cases they will only have time to answer one or two but at least you are prepared.
I would like to note that questions like " how many sick days or vacation days do you get" are not the type of questions to ask as they could lose you that potential job.
Ask the interviewer if there is anything that you could clarify for them.
What is the most important things that need to be accomplished if you were to be hired by them.
When are they likely to make a hiring decision.
Would it be okay to make a follow up with them.
If you have their business card follow up by contacting them with a thank you note.
