Whatever your job description is, a street cleaner, a doctor, a van driver or a scientist. Every job has a purpose and is important in it's own way. Every employer and employee have a responsibility to one another and the work being produced.
I believe a strong work ethic, good communication and respect is the key to success for all those concerned.

ReplyDeleteInternet sites that advertise job vacancies are usually one of the first places that the majority of job seekers go to. Many employers say that they are swamped with resumes and telephone calls after placing an advert seeking a potential employee. The vast numbers of potential candidates can make your chances of getting that job very difficult.
ReplyDeleteThe different approaches to gaining employment by networking yourself is one of the best ways to go.
Try to get to know people in the same industry that you are seeking employment. It is sometimes true with the saying "I'ts not what you know but who you know."
Try to make direct contact with the person who does the hiring either by telephone, email or posting your resume and a good covering letter.
Temping or part-time work is another way of getting your foot in the door closer to full time employment. Employers will be able to see your potential and there can be a good chance of full time employment.
Believe in yourself and stay positive.
